Adam spent nearly a decade as a real estate investor across the Southwest before moving to the lending side in 2009. After closing dozens of fix-and-flip deals and experiencing firsthand how slow, inflexible capital can kill an otherwise sound investment, he resolved to build a mortgage company that operated at the speed of the market—not the speed of an institution.

He founded LME Funding in 2014 with a single conviction: investors deserve a lender who understands what is at stake on the other side of the table. Today he leads deal strategy and borrower relationships across the full product line, from hard money and fix-and-flip to agricultural and bridge financing.

Beverly brought fifteen years of financial advisory and client relations experience when she joined LME Funding as a founding partner. Her background spans residential lending, wealth management, and strategic consulting—giving her a rare ability to translate complex financing structures into clear, actionable conversations for borrowers at any stage of their investment journey.
